Whether you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family or relationship stress, substance use, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to help you address your individual needs within the therapy setting.
In my practice, I commit myself to co-creating a therapeutic environment where your safety and growth are of top priority. We can address specific concerns and agree upon areas of focus to increase your potential both professionally and personally. We are in this together!

Together we will develop a treatment plan and regularly review your goals. You will play an active role in this process but know that I am here to help when difficulties arise.

I have concentrated expertise in addressing the needs of the LGBT community, utilizing shame-resiliency techniques to attend to concerns such as internalized homophobia, coming-out and navigating LGBT relationships.
